Quality Counts enabled me to lead with an understanding of the most relevant practices in early care and education. Quality Counts provides guidance, support, and professional grounding in my efforts to carry out our mission and ministry at St. Matthew’s, which is to attend to the whole child and their family.

Quality Counts
Quality Counts creates high-quality learning environments and promotes best practices for teachers that help prepare our youngest students for success in school and life. By providing targeted professional development, mentorship and coaching, and nationally recognized assessments, it lays the foundation for continuous improvement.
Join Quality Counts
To be eligible for participation programs must:
- be licensed, registered, or approved
- be located in Spartanburg County
- have no pending DSS violations for longer than 3 months
- have a No Corporal Punishment Policy
